Expensive original garas & kor sarees…lovingly wrapped in muslin cloths were prized possessions for Parsi women of yesteryear. Preserved with sandalwood sticks that kept moths & insects at bay, they were carefully wrapped in muslin cloth & treasured to one day be passed on to the daughters of the household. Jophiel finds & restores these beautifully embroidered kors, battered from the onslaught of time.
