All dispatch of products shall be executed strictly against receipt of payment.

Products shall be dispatched within a maximum of seven (7) business days from confirmation of clear funds for all payments made to us.  

We shall endeavour to provide tracking information for your package dispatched by us on a best effort basis.

While we endeavour to deliver your purchases within reasonable timelines depending upon your destination we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery and shall not be responsible for delays and damages in delivery except where such delays or damages are proved to be directly attributable to our negligence. 

Management reserves the right to approve any exceptions to the policy statements set out above.
